File requirements

For a clean import, use one learner per row. CSV values should be separated by commas.

  • Accepted files: .csv, .xls, .xlsx
  • Student ID must contain 1–5 digits
  • Include a header row so SiyenSync can match columns
  • Duplicate student IDs will be flagged before saving
